PAYMENT & PRICING
A: No, you don’t need an account to hire but we do require some ID.
A: No, we don’t request you leave a deposit.
A: One day hire equals 24 hours.
A: Weekend hire is for 3 days (Friday before 5pm, Saturday, Sunday and returned Monday 9am)
A: Yes, you can come into the hiring office to book and pay (please note: we can’t reserve equipment and machinery without payment)
A: Yes, that is our preferred method of booking and hiring.
A: Yes, you can pay by card both in the hiring office and online.
A: Yes, we would be delighted for you to come into the office and set up a corporate account.
A: This will depend on the location of the delivery but there is a minimum charge of £20 plus VAT for anywhere within 10 miles of the equipment storage. Then £1.50 will be added for each additional mile. Additional charges may apply for large and towed equipment but all will be made clear to you up front.
A: Yes, you can hire same day if the equipment is available.
A: If we have all the relevant information, identification and invoicing details we can set up the account within 2-3 days.
A: We have various hire timescales including:
- 3- hour hire (either morning or afternoon)
- One day hire (24-hours)
- Weekend (Friday before 5pm until 9am Monday morning)
- Week (7-day hire)
A: We usually need 2 forms of identification at the time of hire. A credit or debit card with the hirer name on it and a photographic form of ID (for example; driving license or passport).
A: You can return all equipment and tools to our hiring office in Alloa.
A: Once you have finished with the equipment call our office on 01259 212945 and we will arrange for our team to pick it up.
A: Yes, you will continue to be charged until we are in possession of the product.
A: We would like the products returned in the same condition in which you received them.
A: If the damage is down to wear and tear then you will not be considered responsible for this. However, if the damage is due to user error or neglect (left in vehicle or unattended) then you will be charged for replacement or any labour/costs involved in fixing the product.
A: No, you are responsible for the products while they are in your possession.
A: Yes, all of our plant machinery, equipment and tools are safety checked, cleaned and services after every use to make sure everything is up to standard.
